While listening to this book, I felt like I was spending time with a dear friend, trying to understand how she is able to cope with the devastating, personal loss she experienced on September 11, 2001. They have become a rallying cry for all Americans to move ahead, despite pain and suffering, with hope, courage, and strength. The phrase, "Let's Roll" were the last words the GTE Airfone operator heard from Todd before the crash.
